The time commitment for a member of the Trustee Board is 6 meetings a year (approximately 2 hours per meeting and approximately 2 hours paper reading time). The other committees (as independent members) of the Board such as Finance, Audit & Risk and Remuneration & Human Resources meet up to 6 times a year, with the exception of Audit & Risk which meets 2/3 times a year.
