Guild Musical Theatre Group (GMTG)
If you want to direct, perform or play an instrument in a GMTG show, they need you! Shows are decided throughout the year, our members get to decide which shows are performed– every member gets a vote.
We also run workshops, social events and theatre trips. We offer an advice service for those wishing to go onto Drama school or a career in the Theatre. This will include help with audition song rehearsals and talks from old GMTG members currently performing in the West End. We’re also planning to have a “showcase” event towards the end of the academic year where we’ll invite agents, reviewers etc.

The group concentrates on learning and improving cool skills such as juggling, poi, staff, diablo, devil stick, stilt walking, unicycling, magic, and firespinning. If you're interested in learning one or more of these skills, then our friendly and informal meets make it easy to learn. On the other hand if you're already have some skill, then come along, share your knowledge. We are frequently hired for events, so if you get good enough you can get paid to perform! We have plenty of good equipment so you don’t need your own.
