The Guild offers support to help you cope with the demands of University life in a variety of ways, including helping you to find private accommodation whilst at University.
SHAC is the first point of call for students searching for private rented accommodation. A dedicated lettings agency just for students. Based in the Guild of Students building SHAC are student focused, they charge no fees to students and only dealing with properties from accredited landlords. SHAC can offer you practical advice in helping you to find the right house.
SHAC’s aim is to provide high quality accommodation from reputable landlords, which will help raise the standard of student accommodation locally.
