The Community Warden Assistant will contribute to developing the community programme for students living within the local area. The role will deliver prescribed initiatives, events and activities that promote positive relationships between students and the community.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations for a broad range of activities and initiatives, as requested by the Community Warden Coordinator.
You will attend Community meetings as appropriate, and you will develop and maintain effective working relationships with student staff, local community members and students.
You will also supervise, train and develop the Community Warden student staff team.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of successfully working within a team to deliver a project, along with experience of engaging with students/ and or local communities. You will also have knowledge and understanding of key areas relating to community work and experience of supporting the delivery of events.
