Student Support Advisor

£23,356 gross per annum (35.5 hours per week)

The Student Mentor Scheme is an innovative model of welfare support in University student accommodation. You will assist in helping to recruit, train, supervise and support the Student Mentors who deliver the front line service, as well as insuring effective administration of the scheme. You will also be responsible for promoting the service through a series of events and campaigns.

We are looking for a creative individual capable of working independently and using their own initiative. You will be a flexible, motivated and organised team player with a commitment to customer service. The role involves working some evenings and weekends.
