Sports Ball 2025
Sports Ball will be taking place at Luna Springs on Wednesday 11th June. Doors open at 6pm and we will head to the Guild at 11pm for the Afterparty Sports Night. Remember to pre-book cabs to Luna and back to the Guild afterwards closer to the event.
Tickets go on Sale Friday 28th March at 17:00 and go off sale Friday 2nd May at 20:00
Tickets are all General Release for this event so as always, we ask as a team you prioritize final years and committee members for the first few days of sales before opening to all members.
For members not wanting to attend the Ball but would still like to attend the Afterparty, tickets for this will go on sale closer to the event like a normal Sports Night.
Ticket price is £27.50
For this amazing price you will get the following:
- Entrance to the Sports Ball 2025 @ Luna Springs
- Free Meal
- Free Drink
- Free Entry into the Afterparty Sports Night back at the Guild
- Free Bottle of VK at the Afterparty.
Menu options are: (Fries included with all options)
- Luna OG Beef Smash (NGO) - Two seasoned smashed beef patties, cheese, streaky bacon, Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.
- Luna Dirty Beef Smash - Two seasoned beef patties topped with slow cooked brisket cheese sauce, cheese, streaky bacon Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.
- Luna Beef & Chick Stack - Two seasoned smashed beef patties topped with Luna signature crumb coated chicken breast, Triple cheese & cheese sauce Streaky bacon Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.
- Luna Oriental Chicken - Luna signature crumb coated chicken breast with oriental pickled salad, Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.
- Luna Buffalo Falafel Burger (V) - Crispy, golden-brown falafel patty coated in a Luna buffalo sauce, Topped with cheese sauce and sour cream. Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.
- Vegan Oriental Chicken (VE) – Vegan chicken Pattie smothered Japanese curry sauce, Luna oriental pickled salad, Luna signature truffle burger sauce lettuce & tomato.

Finally, we have 7th option for food for those who have dietary requirements which are not met by the above options.
If you choose this option, please email d.volrath@guild.bham.ac.uk who will inform Luna Springs on your behalf and will have a food alternative to match your dietary requirements.
Finally, it wouldn't be a ball without a photobooth, photographers and some Awards 😊
INFORMATION ON WRISTBAND COLLECTION TO FOLLOW ( you will need to collect your Sports Ball wristband from Joes bar leading up to the event as this will along with ID act as you entry ticket to the Ball and also the Afterparty)
