The event will cost nothing for the societies, we have spent nothing on the room bookings and there are no other costs associated with the event.
Drinks will be bought from Joe's Bar and taken to the guild council chambers.
The Politics society will act as the moderators for the debate, because we are the largest, and most a-political society at the event.
The event is a collaboration between Politics, WIP, Green, Debate, Tories and Labour.
We are expecting 100 people to be in attendance.
Warnings will be issued about excessive drinking, and participants will be warned they will be asked to leave if they break this rule.
Moderators will be keeping watch and making sure the conversation stays open and friendly between everyone. If it turns hostile, they will be asking people to leave.
