Meals don't prep themselves. We provide 60 second videos walking you through nutritious recipes, week in week out. Curated by UoB students, we only provide recipes that we know will be easy to make with your busy schedules. We research prices in the local area and aim to give you recipes that provide 3-5 meals for less than £10. With veggie and vegan alternatives too, you'll always have something new to try. More time prepping means more time for golf, tennis, gym and anything else you love doing in your spare time.
