Sober Socials

Sober Socials is a society at the University of Birmingham, established in October 2016, for those who don’t need alcohol to have fun. We welcome students from all backgrounds, regardless of your sober status - we only ask that you are sober for the duration of our events and do not bring alcohol. We run weekly events on a Friday from 7-10pm during term time, and we also offer online events such as games nights and quizzes to ensure everyone can participate, even if they are not on campus. Membership is just £3 for the entire year and this gives you access to our weekly events, as well as our other events such as Bowling and Laser Tag. We look forward to seeing you at our events soon!
