Ideas
The election for the 2 Undergraduate Senate Rep positions should be conducted in a gender balanced way, as is done with NUS delegate elections, so that at least one women or non-binary student represents the Guild on University Senate. At present all 6 students elected to sit on university senate (the university's highest decision making body on education affairs) are men. This leaves 60% of the student body who are not men underrepresented.
