1 Timothy 4:12 - Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
Kharis on Campus (KOC) makes differences in many young people's journeys by teaching principles based on the Bible, instilling key morals necessary to be a diligent student, a good person, and ultimately a person of influence. We have a passion for young people and emphasise teaching them how to use their time and energy to benefit others!
We study and take example from revivalists that were in university like George Whitfield and The Wesley Brothers, who were academic successes but also great Christian revivalists, making a difference in society. We will discuss how we can incorporate their success and work ethics into student lifestyles today.
We will meet once a week to discuss the works of a chosen revivalist and relating it to the Bible and how it can be applied in this day and age. Our meetings will have free refreshments and one to one support called 'I am my brother’s keeper' which encourages members to fellowship with others, to check up on each other and pray & support one another.
MEETING DAY & TIME: EVERY TUESDAY AT 7:20PM
LOCATION: MURRAY'S LEARNING CENTRE - ROOM UG.06
We hope you join us at KOC, where the grace truly makes a difference!!
