Guild Advice offers a confidential service – in normal circumstances nothing you tell us will be shared with any other external organisation (including the University of Birmingham and its staff) without your express permission.? 

 

Well, this means that if someone contacted the ARC about you or your query, we wouldn’t disclose that you had visited the Service or had already made contact with the Service without your written permission.

 

The Confidentiality Statement extends to all staff and volunteers within Guild Advice, and were you to ask us to contact a third party on your behalf, we would first ask you to complete an “Authorisation to Act” form.
