Looking for your next student home for the next academic year is always a hot topic. This year in particular we encourage you not to rush, but take the time to Rent Right! Once you’re tied into a contract, it’s really difficult to get out, so let us help you.

Firstly, let's get a few of the big worries you may be having, out of the way

If you haven’t met who you want to live with yet – that’s okay! Housemates make a home, it’s important to get them right. There are lots of options available to you, from joining student groups to upcoming housemate finder events.

If you haven’t started looking yet, don't panic!  There are definitely more houses than students that need them, in the areas surrounding the University so you won’t struggle to find a house later in the year.
