ValeFest returns for its 15th Anniversary on the 8th June!
With exams finished, it will be time to kickstart your summer at the largest festival we’ve offered to date! From our huge main stage, to the lakeside and acoustic stages, there will be live music, comedy and performances, and DJ sets for all tastes from the word go. Following last year's sell-out success, we have expanded our site, giving you festival-goers more room to enjoy the day!
ValeFest 2019 is in aid of three fantastic local causes:
St Basils
Sense - connecting sight, sound and life
Kids Adventure
The student volunteers organising the event are very excited to be working with all three of these special charities, and hope to make as much of a difference as we all can! Staying local, our theme is inspired by Digbeth’s Custard Factory and the street art around Birmingham. In 2019, ValeFest is striving for increased levels of sustainability and accessibility across the festival, working with various partners to minimise our carbon footprint.
The lineup will be released over the coming weeks! Ranging from the latest university and West Midlands talent, to acts performing at the largest UK festivals, ValeFest 2019 will offer variety across many genres.
