Events & Engagement Coordinator UoBE Festival 

Fixed Term until 30th June 2021 - £20,462 gross per annum (pro rata– 3 days per week - 22.5 hours per week)

We are looking for someone to develop and deliver a varied programme of events and activities for the UoBe Festival. The Festival is a new initiative and this role will develop and deliver the social theme of the event.

This role will work collaboratively with the UoBe Festival project management team to proactively target and engage all students in Guild related activities and events, offering a varied programme to facilitate student involvement and engagement.

You will have knowledge and experience of coordinating projects within a given timeframe; and the ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of individuals, including the University and students.

With strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of project evaluation along with knowledge of legislation and policy relating to events and activities.
