Hall Reps Coordinator

£20,820 gross per annum – 35.5 hours per week

This role is part of the Student Community Welfare department working collectively with colleagues delivering the Guild’s support activity for students living in University and nominated accommodation. The department sits within the Support & Representation Directorate. 

The Hall Reps Scheme supports students to deliver and promote a timetable of events and activities for those students living in University of Birmingham residences. 

The Hall Reps Coordinator will support a team of student staff to develop and plan initiatives and events, and deliver a timetable of activities for students living in University of Birmingham residences, with a focus on increased participation and engagement. The role also promotes positive relationships between students and the service of the Hall Reps Scheme. 

We are looking for candidates who have experience of successfully delivering projects or events within budget along with experience of delivering training and the ability to participate in developing productive working relationships with stakeholders. 

This role will involve working some evenings and weekends as appropriate, to ensure effective engagement with the Hall Reps Scheme.
